Intuitive Life Coaching

Intuitive Life Coaching uses emotional and spiritual healing modalities to develop a deep connection between body, mind, and spirit. An Intuitive Life Coach combines their intuitive abilities with other coaching methods to help clients recognize, and dissolve barriers so they can move forward in their lives. These barriers can be found in all areas of one’s life, including: 

  • Relationships 

  • Self Confidence 

  • Self-Love 

  • Finding Purpose 

  • Career

  • Someone who will be there to guide you into your spiritual development until your gifts become your mindset 

The Intuitive Life Coaching Program involves working with me 1 on 1 for a three-month period. We will meet weekly for 75 minutes over zoom (12 sessions total). Within 24 hours of our session, you will receive an email containing bullet points of our discussion, and any exercises to work through before our next meeting. The exercises are a critical part of our time spent working together. You will also have access to me over WhatsApp whenever you have questions or need contact. Each month you will also receive 1 energy healing session that will take place over zoom. Within 24 hours of this session, you will receive an Energy Reading via email. These will also serve as teaching tools for your own development.

Some individuals come to the mentorship program looking for a way to balance their religious or cultural beliefs and their spiritual gifts. It might feel like deeper spiritual development means risking relationships with family or friends. 

Sola Spiritual Mentorship Program will empower you to:

  • connect with spirit and learn to interpret the language

  • use mediumship as a daily tool

Embodied Awareness

 

Often, a deep spiritual path begins to reach what feels like, a spiritual ceiling. You may begin to feel like you are no longer developing. You may feel as though healing methods that have worked in the past aren’t working as well. 

You may start to become curious about past lives, or maybe an issue you thought was healed is resurfacing, pointing to something deeper that you can’t quite pinpoint.

You know a new level of expansion is on the other side of confronting this deeply held emotional block, but the pathway there isn’t clear. New tools need to be developed.

These Embodied Awareness sessions are life changing and will provide a powerful new healing space that will help you to absorb the information you need to open you up to a new space of development. This is an advanced healing process designed specifically for Healers, Coaches, and Mediums that have already developed a meditation practice.

As this healing space becomes open, we invite new knowledge to become present to serve you in your continued development. Often, we enter the Akashic Records, including current or past lives, and/or higher dimensions of reality. 

I am here to assist you in processing this new information and to facilitate the natural expansion of your awareness. This new awareness will become a part of your everyday life experience, as it will bring you into the deeper level of spiritual growth that has been calling you.
