Meet Elisha

Elisha Caster M.A.T.P. holds an M.A. in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University and a B.S. in Counseling Psychology from Grand Canyon University. 

She is a Spiritual Medium and holds multiple Certifications in Holistic therapies including NLP Life Coach, Trauma Release Specialist, Time Line Regression Specialist and Reiki Master & Teacher.

A Note from Elisha

I’m Elisha Caster, founder of Sola Spiritual Development. I’ve spent the last 25 years on a journey of healing and spiritual growth. I’ve travelled and studied under teachers from many spiritual paths to soak up every piece of spiritual wisdom I can get my hands on. I’ve learned so much from each of them, but the journey inward has been, by far, the most rewarding and has led to the greatest transformations in my life. 

Now, I’m honored to say that seekers of truth and healing turn to me as a spiritual teacher. For the last decade, I’ve dedicated my life to coaching, healing, mediumship and teaching others the importance of empowering themselves to embrace these gifts within themselves too. 

If you’re here looking for healing or guidance and you’re telling yourself that “someone like you can’t…” because of trauma or differences you experience from others, take it from me: a highschool dropout who was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia and believed she’d never go to college…. a child who grew up surrounded by addiction and suffered the trauma of losing her father at an early age and thought she needed to look elsewhere for stability and wisdom… take it from me that you are not broken, healing is available to you and you deserve love! 

The best news is the strength and stability I was looking all over for back then was inside me the whole time! My “disabilities” couldn’t stop me from earning a masters degree and impacting hundreds of lives. The loss of my father didn’t mean I was lost and alone.

I am able. I am whole. I am worthy. And so are you.
